Learn and Grow
Inside the Mind, Beyond the Desk Podcast is launching in March 2026!
Inside the Mind: Beyond the Desk is a podcast about how our minds actually work in everyday life.
Across the series, we explore neurodiversity, sensory environments, sensory regulation, masking, working memory, time management, getting things done, and psychological wellbeing. Each episode takes a practical, evidence informed look at the cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors that shape how adults function at work, at home, and in relationships.
The podcast is hosted by Karen Beckett, Chartered Psychologist and PhD Candidate, and Dr. Áine O’Dea, Occupational Therapist and researcher. Together, they bring psychology and occupational therapy into conversation, bridging research, clinical practice, and real-world experience.
This is a space for honest discussion, practical insight, and accessible knowledge that supports regulation, participation, and wellbeing beyond the therapy room and beyond the desk.

Clarity. Capability. Sustainable Change.
An evidence-based psychology and coaching service focused on practical outcomes. Our work supports individuals, families, and organisations to develop clarity, build capability, and implement sustainable change across personal, relational, and professional contexts.

“My son went from months of isolation and depression to gradually reclaiming his life. With each session, we saw progress—starting with walks, then visiting a café. Now, he’s back in school, has held a part-time job for over a year, and is planning for college. The change has been remarkable.”
Geraldine, Mother of Jack (17)

“Thank you for the training session. It was incredibly informative and relevant to my work. The use of visual aids really helped convey the message, and I learnt so much. It also gave me a new perspective on ADHD— a truly eye-opening and impactful training session. Thank you!”
Karina, Educator

“The team’s expertise in understanding human relationships and communication helped us address long-standing issues. Their tailored approach and practical strategies have already improved team dynamics and productivity. We highly recommend their services.”
